So,
I went to this herb store today and found amazing things: Maca, Wild Yam cream, and other products mentioned on the forum =)
I went there looking for Flax Seed, and what I found was that there where two types of Flax Seeds: golden and brown.
I was thinking of buying brown flax seed since it's supposed to have omega 3 and arginine...but I don't know if golden flax seed might be better.
Anyone has a suggestion?
