Welcome to the forum. Speaking as someone that comes from a high risk breast cancer background, I understand the being careful about what hormones you mess with. I would suggest trying Ultra Breast (BO) due to your small frame, your pogesterone defiecency and the family history. It works well for small framed women, and it increases progesterone, which is a bonus for those of us concerned about cancer.
