So, I still have one thing I am not clear on. If you are planning your pm cycling around a 28 day plan, then when day one hits, do you still start your day 1 regiment even if your period doesn't start right on scedule or do you wait for it? I've seen conflicting comments on this so far.

To be clear, today is day one of my cycle, so I have no clue if I am late or not at this point, I just wanted to know for future reference and for starting each day off since even if you are on time, you never know when during the day it will start, so really until that point you don't know if you are late or not.
