So I bought a thermometer yesterday and I don't think my temp is high enough for the BB to work properly as per the instructions guide.
"Your body temperature should be 98.6 during the day and 97.6 or higher in the morning. When your body temperature is below 98.2 during the day, your liver doesn't create enough enzymes to convert T4 to T3. If you have a low body temperature eliminating all fluoride and chlorine from food, toothpaste, drinking water and showers may raise your temperature back to normal."
Mine appeared to be 96.9 when I woke up this morning and now around noon it's 98.
Strange because all my tap water should be Chlorine and Fluoride free, and I only drink previously boiled water. Whatever
