Here is a program I am going to try.
To start I am quitting all caffeine. Will be using apples instead to stay awake.
Use Tigerlily's massages with cocoa butter mixed with vitamin e oil once daily.
Use heating pad after massage for 20 minutes to increase circulation.
I am going for a complete hourglass figure here, so I am also going to be putting fish oil mixed with vitamin e on my butt daily.
As for exercise I will be attending cycling classes three days a week and running up a stadium twice a week.
Current size: nonexistent for both!
Let the games begin.
