So yesterday I woke up with my left breast feeling tender. Today I woke ip in such throbbing pain, my breast swollen to twice it's size rock hard across the top and side anx the skin red. What the heck! I haven't even been pumping in the last week...arg. I've been alternating cold and hot packs to get me tbrough until the doc's office opens in the morning. Sigh, the only thing I can gigure is an i.fection in the ducts beneath the nipple since that is the eorst paim snd the hardest area about 4the inches diameter.
