I know these are quite common and natural but how do you get rid of Montgomery Glands?!!!!

I have had them for a couple of years. I know what and why we have them so I would rather not focus on that. I just would like to know if anyone has gotten rid of them.

I know this sounds somewhat vein but think they're ugly. I only notice them when I have the shrivel or when it gets mildly cold.

Maybe there is a way to lessen the amount of oil in the glands?
