I've just purchased Ro-Bust but have some questions on how I should use it.
I think that for my first cycle with PM I'm going to start out very slow and use only the lotion (no PM internally). At this point I would be happy with just some fullness and firming, and I'm a little curious to see what it could do on its own for me since I'm apparently very sensitive to these hormones. What I'm wondering is if I need to cycle with this lotion as I would with internal PM? And once I do decide to start taking the PM internally too, do I use the Ro-Bust only when I take PM? Or is it something you use throughout your whole cycle?
Second question - is it something I should wait to start using until the first day of my period, as you should when beginning any NBE program (even though it's not internal)? Since PM is so strong I would assume the answer there is yes, but I just wanted to make sure. I want to start out the right way. I have plenty of time to get it figured out, since my next period is 3 weeks away.
Last question - I did a search on Ro-Bust and saw that Ginie said one bottle of the lotion lasted her about 5 months, and that was even with her using a little too much product at first. Is that the typical amount of usage one gets out of just one bottle? If so, that's pretty awesome! I'm sure I would need just a super small amount considering I'm very small and my breasts are practically non-existant. Not much area to have to cover.
I just ask because on the website it states that one bottle will give 1 - 1 1/2 months' use.
