Due to a mix-up in which Siriporn just sent me a bottle of the PM pills instead of the RoBust lotion I had ordered, I can answer your question! 
On the back of the bottle it says, "Pre-menstrual women: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily." Each capsule is 100mg. And they give the typical "start on the first day of your period and continue taking for 15 days" instructions but that's debatable and can be changed to fit your specific needs.
I totally agree - their site isn't very informative!
