My stats, can someone Reccomend a program for me?

ok so is Barley grass what i'm supposed to take for "Barley" and are wild oats what i'm supposed to take for "oats?" is it "Soya Protein" I want, or "Soya Lecithin?"

How many times a day am I supposed to drink the teas? And AM I supposed to switch from Barley, Alfalfa and Hops tea every day, or just all three at different intervals in the day?

Lastly, how do I make a cream mixture for breast massage?

So sorry for all the questions, but I'm so new to all this...
