Wow I just lay in bed in the mornings and my heart is beating FAST! If it is true we only have a certain amount of beats in a lifetime...this NBE could be shortening my life! I take 400 grams Pituitary extract, 1800 grams BO (divided into 3 portions), 1 Kelp tab, 1 or more tablespoons Coconut oil, 40- 60 grams protein from whey. Multivitamin and Omega-3 (one ).
Too bad we don't know how much pituitary BB pits in their pills...and they won't tell me!
I am in shape, walk a lot at work. Ar least 7 miles a day. Any input?

Well I don't have any advice for you about what could be causing your high heart rate. However, it can't be true that your heart only beats a certain amount of times during your life because then no one would exercise and sedentary people would live longer.

The increased heart rate happened to me too.But that was at the begining of my routine.I think this is due to increased estrogen in the body.so don't worry
