Going to back up what Isabelle said
I am very much a fennel tea girl, worked wonders for me. I've only been doing NBE for 5 months and I'm very pleased with my progress: the first 2ish months were spent pretty much only taking fennel tea and following Tigerlily's massage program. Her program can be found somewhere on the forum... Sorry for being so vague...
And after hearing something interesting about soy on TV the other day, I would say it's definitely not to be underestimated! Probably works just as well as PM.
I'm not a big fan of noogling because it takes so much time for slow results, but it probably is the best thing for symmetry. My herbal growth hasn't helped my symmetry at all, so if you're committed then pumping's a wise idea.
Also, my aunt has hypothyroidism and she had very underdeveloped breasts until the middle of her 20s when they grew a bit and evened out. So there's even more hope for you there! The ageing process isn't all bad
P.S. I'm vegetarian too!
I was so upset about my breasts to begin with that I nearly decided to start a BO program based on all the good things I'd read about it here... I'm very glad I DIDN'T now.
