hey, i have more or less the same problem as you, underdeveloped and uneven though through lurking around the site for a while now i have been able make the right catch up with the left the tiniest bit, not the biggest of improvements but i was so surprised it worked that i was immensely pleased. what i did was change my diet to start with, i started eating more berries and having more milk and surprisingly yoghurt. (i have no idea whether the diet helped much or whether it was the psychological factor that made it happen) then on top of that i did massage with Bio-oil and focused more on the right side for about 5 mins in the morning and evening. i think i gained about 1/4 of an inch on the right side. not enough to be fully even with my left but hey im not complaining i hope i helped a little
