Hi ladies!
I have been doing strictly massage related NBE for a few months.
I was thinking of getting some of the herbal teas. Like Fennel Tea, Fenugreek Tea, etc.
I know people usually go with the capsules, but I wanted see if anyone here has tried drinking tea instead. What were the results?
Any insight would be very much appreciated :)
