ok I read some scary stuff about PM so for now I will be taking only 100-200 mg a day the first part of my cycle. It is too strong a herb and probably will be discontinuing it ...need to do more research. I actually found that eating big amounts of flax seed brings me growing pains, so maybe will be looking into that more. Eating flax seed one cup a day for now.
