Thanks to pointing me to EFT direction. It does make lots of sense !!!

I looked up at youtube and understood the technique itself ( very superficially though..)..

But what affirmations do you say regarding breast growth??

Could you please give me a script of what you used to say ))))????

Hi there, so sorry that It's taken so long to reply. I say to myself when I use EFT positive statements like, "I am a 32C and that is my ideal size" (sort of lying to yourself but beleiving that you can achieve that size too) that and, "my breasts get bigger every day"... lots of positive statements.
