Do you put a bra on after you pump? It is supposed to help keep the swelling longer. That's the only tip that I've seen so far. But I don't think it is necessary to have massive swelling for hours to get results from noogling. I hope I'm right 
because I very rarely have lots of swelling and when I do swell, it's almost always at night right before I go to bed so I have no idea how long it lasts.
