Hey, I caught your post, I've been noogling for an hr to two pumping and release method and sometimes I hold for 5 minutes at a time(one breast) and I get nice swelling to last for hours and I think its true about swelling lasting longer at night for some reason. They say prolactin levels in both men and women are highest at night, so maybe that is why?

I love the major swelling and find it motivating as well.
