Its been 2 weeks.. Ive kept my regimine up somewhat. Im not taking as much protein and im done with eating alot of McDonalds & stuff. Fast food is getting expensive.
Ive kept up with 1 protein shake in the morning &
Saw Palmetto 3 to 4 times daily & at least 1 wild yam and 3 maca pills a day. I also drink 1- 16oz fennel tea everyday.
Last week my body looked great. I loved the 5-8 lbs i put on.. especially on my butt, hips and thighs but i couldn't keep up the diet.
After only 2 full weeks...My breasts are definitely fuller and 10-15% larger%...
