Am I doing this right ?!

#2

Hey MsMDB!,

It sounds like you're doing alright! You've got the phytoestrogen (PM) which is the most important thing for growth.

There are somethings you might want to consider.
Slowly ramp up your MSM intake to between 6,000-9,000 mgs per day. Taking too much all at once without your body adjusting can make you feel sick. I know that seems like a lot, but MSM is an important supplement. MSM helps your body in producing all the necessary enzymes and hormones that make it function everyday. This includes the hormones that help your growth.

Since you are on birth control, doing things is a little different than if you weren't, but it does work. There are a lot of women on here on birth control and doing NBE Smile I'd advise getting some progesterone cream for massages. People have very different opinions on progesterone. I personally believe in it but not for long time use. Progesterone is good for giving your boobs some shape, rather than just growth. Since you're on birth control I think you can use it everyday (except for whatever days you're on your period). However, don't use it for longer than 2-3 months, and not every day. Alternate between progesterone cream and the aloe vera.

I posted a lot of information about various supplements on my program page: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10824
It's the third post down. Just look those over for more information about what some of them do.

As for taking the supplements, I take all of mine in pill form, except for the L-Arginine (another supplement you should also consider taking), which I mix with water and drink.
