I guess you could say results are mixed. I have had increased tenderness for more than a month now and it feels like they are more substantial but no increase in the tape measure.
I have also been trying to loose weight like so many others so the increase in growth may be offset by getting more toned and slimming down. I work out 6 or 7 days a weeks, eat a pretty healthy diet with an increased emphasis on protein and lower carbs. I'm not a fan of fad diets like South Beach or the like as I don't feel they are sustainable or healthy over the long term.
This is a long term process and patience is key. I'm only about 4 months into it so it may be too early to see significant gains.
