Hi ladies,
Have you read the conclusion Mochaccino picked out of the cosupplementation study?

I linked the study here:

Hops, soy, and flax depend on the intestinal microbes to make the active phyto-estrogens out of the precursors that are in the herbs. The study highlighted that these intestinal microbes are very different between different people. Some people do well on hops, some on soy, and some on flax. The study did not include PM, but I expect the results would be similar. You can't say you don't grow on "herbs" before you've tried a few different categories.
With the help of analytical chemistry, those researchers split their test subjects into four groups in a few weeks. After a one month break, my growth on hops started in the third month. So trying hops, soy, flax, and PM with breaks of one month in between would take at least 15 months. Once you've found your herb, that's about the time it will take to grow six cup sizes
