You could try with the hops and the flax in the first half of your cycle, and FN, WY, and FG in the second. There's nothing wrong with doing this program all month either.
I understand that there are certain elevations in hormones through my cycle and I want to optimize my chance for growth.
I know I can't entirely fill all the holes but I want to fill as many gaps as possible.
