I have been taking pm for almost 3 weeks now. I started day 7 of my cycle. I am having my period now and I'm confused because I didn't think one had a monthly while taking pm. I was gonna take it for 3 months then take a 1 month break to cleanse. If I'm having my monthly there's no need to break is there? Someone with experience with pm or knows about these things please comment. Thanks!
