Hi veryone, I am so thankful to have found this site. You all are so helpful to one another.
C's are my dream. I am 5'6, athletic build, 125 pounds, and have always have been small chested. I have 2 children, both were breastfed. With my first pregnancy my chest hardly grew. With my second I had a notcieable difference but still not much growth. I am currently not on birth control and when I am not on BC my cycles are never on time, very irregular and short and usually painless.
I have been stalking everyone for about 4 months now. I started my own simple program 3 months ago and I am loking for anyones help or advice as I too one day hope i can help someone.
I take:
MSM 2x a day 1000 mg
SPirulina 1 x a day 1000 mg
COllagen 1 x a day in AM
Vit c 2 x a day 500 mg
L theanine 2 x a day for anxiety
Magnesium 2 x a day 200 mg for anxiety
I massage for about 2 to 3 minutes daily. I noogle about 5 days a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. I do experience swelling but for a very shorth period of time.
Today I began drinking protein shakes and I have now added 1500 mg of EPO a day along with the rest.
I am scared of herbs and synthetic hormones, especially taking too many. But i couldt resist EPO. Should I balance out the EPO with progesterone cream? I have no idea when to take it because of my cycles being so irregular.
oh, and over the past 3 months I will say my deflated flat breastfed lumps have become more full and round a little more perky but I need them Bigger to balance.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions or anything at all I woul GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!
