There is research on hops, soy, and flax together, and the digestion to more active estrogens is slowed down if they are used together, because the same intestinal micro-organisms have to do part of the work.
However, in the same study, they found that if you miss the bacteria to digest hops, it doesn't mean you miss the bacteria to digest soy, or flax. So trying them all together improves your odds that your program works.

Look for > 50 µg vitamin B12
12-35 mg zinc
2-10 mg vitamin B6
400 µg folic acid or folates
25 mg iron to make up for blood loss during menstruation, except if you have a bc that stops the periods.
