I'm thinking about taking Vitex, either by itself for a few months or working it into a program. My hormones are a bit out of balance so I'm hoping Vitex can help that problem. Is it better to take Vitex in pill or liquid form? And what will happen if I take Vitex with something else such as WU? Would it be bad to take both everyday?

I'd love it if people could help and share their own experiences with Vitex! Thanks!
