I have been looking at various routines on websites and forums with herbs and noticed that the dosages suggested are far higher than the ones suggested on the back of my bottle of caspules (in this case for wild yam). is it ok to ignore the suggested dosage on the back of the bottle? Mine says to take 2 wild yam capsules per day and each capsule contains 400mg which seems like nothing by comparison.
