Oh my gosh, another site addict. I've only been here 2 days, but keep checking from time to time during the day. I sure do wish there was a chat room.
I don't know all of the abbreviations, but here are a few:
PM - Pueraria Mirifica
SP - Saw Palmetto
FG - Fenugreek
WY - Wild Yam
Maybe BO is Borage Oil and not an indication of insufficient deodorant
Sorry, but I don't know the abbrevs for the rest of what you ordered. You might be able to guess most of them.
As for going overboard, I also ordered PM from eBay, but a package of 2,500 pills of 500 mg. Enough for at least two lifetimes. I may have lucked out in that eBay deregistered the seller so I can get my money back, but the price was soooo attractive.
I agree entirely with what you said about Isabelle. Absolutely fantastic person. Very knowledgeable and can explain things so that I can understand them, most of the time. The underlying science is fascinating but leaves me scratching my head
. I'm guessing that everything is even spelled correctly, even the scientific terms. 
And she seems to spend even more time in here than we do; she'd have to to be able to participate in so many threads.
A side note, instead of taking hops could you just drink a lot of beer?
