Aww NotSoBusty, I have read that too, and no I did not add it on my last cycle, I barely added it like a week before the ending of this cycle; so, I was taking it with PM for about a week. I was taking it in morning before the PM and in the evening, not late enough to cause me sleeping problems.
Another thing I forgot to add was that I also mixed two PM pills with a tablespoonful of lotion and applied it before noogling for this PM cycle. Maybe I over did the PM if it was really absorbed successfully. I just experienced like a mild anxiety attack. It felt like I was loosing it. Dizzy, unreal, with a bigger headache, heart beat rose a bit, and heavy breathing. I drank Ibuprofen about an hour ago and am feeling better
