I bought Ainterol Pure M 1000 powdered PM. Using Wahaika's suggestion re: FG booby batter, I combined the PM powder with olive oil & let it sit 1 week before using. But I was curious as to whether it would do anything NBE - wise or not so I emailed the Ainterol Co. & they said it won't work because the skin won't absorb the plant cellulose.
Can anyone out there verify or refute this? I don't want to waste the product using it as a topical if it's not going to work.
Thanks
Lostacres,
That seems like half an answer to me. I'm quite sure that the cellulose won't be absorbed through the skin, but you aren't interested in that anyway.
The big two questions, which they don't appear to have commented on, are: a) whether the active components of their PM will have extracted into the olive oil in a week, and, b) if they have, will they then pass through the skin.
I really don't know, but personally I have my doubts. Its more normal to extract organic compounds using solvents and then disperse the extract into a carrier cream. However, you need the right solvents at the right temperatures for the right time, and it can get quite complex, so just soaking for a week in olive oil sounds too simple, on the face of it at least.
Edited to add: Thinking about it, what they may have meant is that the active ingredients wont be extracted into the olive oil, and will remain within the cellulose, which itself wont pass through the skin, so it won't work.
