i was woundering in what form of Goat rue you are taking? pill or liquid..... i got the liquid from and it taste nasty plus i have to take 1/4 of a tea spoon..(1 ml)...4 x a day... i find it hard to measure.....and i wounder if it enought.....coz it said on the bottle that it goes with your weight....if over 175 lbs....to take it 1/2 tea spoon (2 ml) 3 X day .....(not even 100 lbs) so how much should i take?
