Unfortunately I cannot help you with most of your questions. I've used a Noogleberry on and off (mostly off) for several years, but have no idea if anything happened with it. Others in here have had good results. I think I might not have been dedicated enough. I also tried massage which I think might have been more effective than the NB.
My Pueraria Mirifica (PM) arrived a couple of days ago but I have not started taking it yet. One of the other members here, Isabelle, is incredibly well informed about many of the topics discussed here. She took a survey recently and of the 80 or 90 respondents, between one and two dozen were using PM from Ainterol and were happy with it. Ainterol also happens to be at the low end of the prices. You can find their website here . Not all PM pills are created equal. Some have additional herbs added, so they are not pure PM. Some use PM extract which is more concentrated than just powdered PM. Some may just use less powder in their pill. Anyway, the Siriporn is $20 for 120 pills of 100mg each plus $3 shipping for 1 bottle (total $23). The Ainterol is $15 for 100 pills of 500mg each plus $6 shipping for 1 bottle (total $21). Now that I've done the math, the two products seem very competitive, except for the amount of stuff in each pill.
