I am new and there is so much information here it is sometimes hard to locate, and the forum's search tool is very board at times..

I have been using Google to do the searching for me, there is a good trick you can use to search this site with it

type into the search box:

site:breastnexus.com

then put your word after with a space like this

site:breastnexus.com fenugreek

or you might want to know about estrogen dominance

site:breastnexus.com estrogen dominance

and it only load pages from this forum hope it helps, its been really useful for me!
