Even if your boyfriend did notice some breast growth, and even if he did notice you're a bad liar, I really doubt he'd think much of it. I bet he'll just be pleased and not too bothered with the details!

Although, I'm very honest and open with my boyfriend, so he does know.
It doesn't bother me nor him. He's supportive and sometimes even helps me research. It took a while before he stopped insisting that I shouldn't try to grow them and I'm fine like this. He finally realized that I'm going to try no matter what so he might as well make himself useful instead of trying to make me change my mind. He's happy that I'm trying though hehe. Besides, he's addicted to bodybuilding stuff too, so we both love improving our bodies lol.
