Actually I have that book and it has several exercises that look really stupid at first hahah but I think they actually work especially the one with brushing the fat from arms and back to the boobs. I do it and I get instant boobage. But I guess I need a good bra to help it stay in place. I was thinking about buying a bradelis http://www.bradelisny.com/shop/ , these are the bras that chyomilk wore but I think I'm going to start out with one of these magic bras
I mean only 5 pounds lolHas anyone seen any permanent results???
