ok im on day 105 of my program (3 month, i started on nov, 17, 2011)

No change since my last measurment.

i have long cycle 34 days so i have to review my program ... im all confuse and discouraged coz didnt see a lot of change

compare day 2 to day 47 and day 105(today)

day 47 and 105 are more accurate (measurement was taking but my hubby

have change a bit of my program i add Homoeopathy product ingredient are:ACTIVE INGREDIENTS HPUS: Folliculinum 7C, Mammary glands 4X, Sabal serrulata 2X, Connective tissue 4C.

i wont lie..... i did not massage for a while... because i have a little bump inside my breast and i have to go do a mammography

but i did add more exercice to my routine and i cut dont of certain herbs like goat rue

So my question is Do i have to cleanse?and for how long?
What do i have to take and when? Im very confuse with the cycling thing list of what i have

Any suggestion is appreciate is welcome coz im very discourage to see no change
