I have been intrigued by the Bosom Beauty also, but have seen several negative reviews of it in here and other sites. Try doing a search in here by clicking on Search in the upper right corner of any page.
I've been using a Noogleberry but am finding having to keep adding suction every few minutes to be a nuisance, which is what the Bosom Beauty is supposed to do automatically. As it should for the extra $200 (NB is about $75, BB about $275.) But I doubt I'll spring for the extra money as I usually noogle while surfing the web, as I am right now.
Not sure how I'd react to the Brava. First, for me, the cost is prohibitive (about $850) and second would I want to wear it in my bra 10 or 20 hours a day? Personally, I think their product is way overpriced.
I bought my NB on eBay and it was a smooth transaction. You can find both the BB and the Brave on eBay, but some of the BB are an older model so be sure to check to see if it's called "BB 2012", although I have no idea what the difference is between the 2012 model and the earlier version. Don't be fooled by the low starting auction price on the Brava. They have a reserve price of over $800, so you won't get it for less than that.
You can find these products on eBay by typing their name in the search field (Noogleberry or Brava or Bosom Beauty). You could also try searching there for Breast Enlargement Pump. You'd see listings for all 3 plus a ton of cheap manual pumps that appear similar to NB but aren't even worth the $25 asking price (their cheap cups crack very easily).
Good luck pumping (or suctioning, which is what it actually is.)
