I'm using NB and massage and subliminals but with only some minor results so far (only 2 weeks.)
One thing you might consider doing when reading a recommendation is to check the gender of the responder by clicking on their name or avatar in front of the message. Not that women and men aren't equally smart (some of the members in here who seem incredibly knowledgeable and well informed are men), but I suspect that what works best for a man wanting breasts is probably a bit different than what a women should take.
