PM is the most common cause of problems. It's a strong plant estrogen which could make you feel effects similar to the pill which might not hit until later. Ways to counter estrogen dominance include progesterone cream (very strong but synthetic), chasteberry, or dong quai. Fenugreek helps too. At an average of about 70 mg per herb, natural curves has enough chasteberry but almost nothing for everything else. Good thing you have the FG and PM too. You could stop the PM or take less until the other herbs help you out. That would mean less benefits but also less problems. Switching to a weaker herb would be similar.
Fenugreek can lower blood sugar which might cause irritability but nothing food consumed at the same time wouldn't fix. See if that helps before dropping the PM.
