I was just wondering if anyone has seen any growth using the Swanson BO? I have the Swanson BO, but I have been hesitant to use it because I have used other Swanson products that didn't really seem to do anything special. It may just be that it was a subtle change in the way I felt, or maybe I didn't give the supplements I took long enough to work. I bought Adrenal Essentials from Swanson, and I haven't really noticed them really doing anything. Oh and is it okay to take Adrenal Essentials with their BO?

Also, I am pretty tight on money right now, so are there any inexpensive protein powders out there that actually work and taste good? I prefer the flavored ones like vanilla. I need to take protein powder because I can basically only afford to buy things like bread, pasta and milk for the most part right now:/
