I've been on PM since December, taking it on day 1 to 15, 2 caps a day (siripron), then nothing to the end of the cycle. I was also using the Sirpron PM lotion once a day. it didn't mess up my period, didn't give me any side effect, and didn't really feel it's anti-stress effect claimed by some user. Even though I did feel the breasts are tender to touch, and fuller for a few days right before the period started, the fullness didn't stay, measurement didn't change at all. last cycle, I experimented with 1 tab of wild yam on day 16 to the end of cycle, nothing happened as well. I'm very frustrated now. Can anyone suggest on what should i do now? Anyone has similar experience? BTW, I'm 25 yrs old, 32A, Asian, maybe that has something to do with the Asian gene?
