this is the one i'm taking, i don't have the bottle with me right now, i think it's 100mg per capsule. And, I'm not on a diet. I just personally prefer more veggie, less meat diet, since my stomach doesn't digest well when i eat a lot of meat. my BMI is between 17 to 18. I'm not super skinny skinny. I have more fat on the thigh and bottom, and looks skinnier on the top. I guess you are right, I should wait at least 6 months to see the result. this NBE thing does require a lot of patient and constant encouragement.
