So due to a plateau in the program. I thought I would run an experiment and increase the dosage to 1350mg a day. But at the end of the cycle the results were the same.
Will try again next month just to be sure. But at the moment it doesn't seem to have any affect taking more. Just thought I would mention it, if people were thinking about it.
