I do take ainterol pm. I also use siriporn ro-bust lotion and massage a few min most a.m and p.m. I sort of cycle it I suppose. I take 1500mg during days 1-15 and drop to 500mg during 16-31. I tried stopping it altogether for the last half of my cycle and my monthly was 2 1/2 weeks late, so I've decided to keep taking it, but in a smaller dosage.
