Just wondering what everyone else would do.
If you're fairly skinny, BMI is 19. Would you try to gain weight first before trying NBE? Or try NBE and gain weight at he same time??
I've been on herbs and noogling but growth is fairly slow... I'm thinking it's because I'm skinny...
