I've been lurking NBE forums for a while and tried herbal breast enhancement in the past but didn't keep at it.
Then 2 months ago I decided to give it a second try and be constant, hoping to see results.
I've been following the greenbush ramp-up method described by Wahaika since the 1st of february but haven't seen any results so far
This is what I'm taking right now:
2 x 500 Fenugreek capsules 4 times a day
2 x 320 Saw Palmetto 4 times a day
2 x 400 Wild yam 4 times a day
and still ramping up...
For massage (twice a day): fennel extract + almond oil + evening primrose oil
My stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5'3
Weight: 53 kg
Bra size: 34 C
Bust: 34"
Underbust: 28"
No children, no cycle problems. I don't exercise much these days and have been under some stress in the past year which has caused me a loss of appetite and weight.
What am I missing here? Is it too early to see results?
I'm starting to think this might not be the right method for me
