Problem #1: is possibly the potency of the herbs. What brand are you using? Is there an Indian shop or health food store where you can get fresh potent herbs? (the smell should knock you over when you open the bottle)
Problem #2: You are way high on herbs. Here is what you should be taking (approx 3000mg each):
2 x 500 Fenugreek capsules 3 times a day
3 x 320 Saw Palmetto 3 times a day
2 x 400 Wild yam 3 times a day + 1
1 cup fennel tea once per day
1 X 1000 Evening Primrose Oil 3 times per day
1 X 1000 Flaxseed Oil 3 times per day
Multivitamin
B complex
For massage: fenugreek extract + borage oil. Massage into skin, apply heat from heated pad set to low setting for 20 or 30 minutes. There is a better batter you can make yourself if you can get powdered fenugreek in bulk (such as by the pound or kilo).
