Great, I'm basically doing it all wrong lol!
These are the brands I'm using (the smell is mild)
Fenugreek "Now"
Wild Yam "Puritan's Pride"
Saw Palmetto "Bio Care"
I'll try to look around for the fresh herbs...

Now regarding the amount, do you suggest I ramp down till I reach the correct dosage? Stop taking the herbs for a while and start the whole process again? or should I just start taking less capsules from today?
