I dont have any advice but I am in the same boat as you! Im a stick from my waist up but have a good amount of curves on my hips, butt, and thighs! I would really like to even it out a bit! Maybe just concentrate a lot on upper body workouts for a bit. My arms are the worst....my wrists are so tiny that I cant even wear bracelets which I really wish I could because there are some really cute ones out there.
